As most of you already know, Andrew, Aylee and I are delighted to welcome the newest member of our family into our lives. Malekai David Stevens was born October 4, 2008. He weighed 8 lbs 2 oz and was 19 inches long. So far he has been a wonderful baby. I am so grateful to all my good friends and neighbors that have been so selfless and willing to help me out (especially when I got sick with the flu. You know who you are!) It's so crazy having a new baby in our home. It changes everything. Although I'm still trying to put life back in order, which sometimes gets frustrating because I want things to get back to normal faster than its happening, I am also grateful for any quiet time I get to sit with Malekai and enjoy his spirit.
On a different note, my brother and sister in law are pregnant with thier second child. I am so excited for them. This will be grandchild number six for my parents...man they're getting old! I guess that makes me old also!
Well, time to feed the little rascal so this w
ill have to do for now!

Its about time, I'm just playing. I am still amazed at how cute he is, I didn't know they came so cute! Now you have two adorable kids,aren't you lucky. Sure do love ya Amber. Hope to see you soon.
